Following in his father’s footsteps from an early age, John’s love of craftsmanship and making things properly was always evident.

Brought up on lunch time discussions of correct authentic period detailing (ovolo versus torus…?) and key family meetings taking place in the greenhouse, John has the principles of White Cottage coursing through his veins.

It’s not just about good design, or skilled craftsmanship. It’s about creating a special environment that all greenhouse lovers recognise but is difficult to put into words.
